NYL-TEK

NYL-TEK is a nylon sewing thread produced from high-strength endless fiber Polyamide (nylon), which undergoes a special lubrication process. Produced from high-strength nylon 6.0, NYL-TEK is generally preferred as the under thread in denim products that require high strength and flexibility, are heavily exposed to textile washing, enter the robot, where strength and flexibility are the determining factors.

The yarn structure is formed by twisting two or more filament yarns together. NYL-TEK, with the controlled flexibility provided by the Nylon 6.0 raw material, is a highly flexible solution product that is preferred in seams that require elasticity, where polyester under-threads have created strength and flexibility problems (cracking).
